Frequently Asked Questions

 We recommend booking 2 months in advance. Please fill out the "BOOK US" form to get started! 

 We deliver within 40 miles of Easton, PA. There is no delivery fee if the event is within 20 miles. If your event is further you can select the distance when checking out.  

We will arrive 1-2 hours prior to your event start time to begin set up.

 If there is rain in the forecast, our equipment must be moved under shelter, as it becomes unsafe when wet.

+ We can have your rental set up indoors. 

+ We can reschedule your event. 

Our equipment including our ball pit balls are thoroughly sanitized and disinfected after each event! We use Clean Republic and CleanSmart products, they are non-toxic solutions that kills 99.9% of harmful bacteria, viruses, and germs. 

During booking, a $100 deposit will be required to secure your requested date. The deposit will be deducted from the final cost of your event.

We do charge a cleaning fee if our equipment is damaged, stolen, or left in an extremely dirty state. (fees will be determined by items effected)

 If you need to cancel, please contact us ASAP. You have14 days from your event to cancel for a full refund. After that date, your deposit of  $100 becomes non-refundable. You can always apply your deposit to another event at a later date.
